Our Mission

Our Mission

Short Term Missions Producing Long Term Results

Short Term Missions Producing Long Term Results is a 501-C-3 non-profit organization dedicated to ENGAGING, EDUCATING, EQUIPPING, ENCOURAGING, and EMPOWERING short-term mission leaders and participants to serve around the world.

We seek to do that by:

  1. Providing evidence-based curriculum that educates and equips short-term mission leaders and participants to share the Gospel cross-culturally.
  2. Providing opportunities for individuals, church leaders, and groups to engage with our long-term missionary partners throughout the world via disaster relief, and financial support.
  3. Providing guidance from decades of experience serving cross-culturally on how churches can empower their members to take up God’s mission of growing generations of Jesus-followers, for His glory, throughout the world.

We seek to live out these scriptures in our mission and ministry:

Ephesians 3:20-21

“Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask, think, or imagine, according to the power at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus,

throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” 

2 Corinthians 5:13-15

“If we are out of our mind, as some say, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you, for Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died.  And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for Him, who died for them, and was raised again.”
